What's Covered

Standard Manufacturer Warranty

100% Replacement: If a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 10% of tread life.
Pro-Rata Credit: After 10% wear, credit is applied down to 25% remaining tread.
You pay for: Fitting, balancing, taxes, freight & other related costs.

No coverage for incorrect use, fitment, or installation outside manufacturer recommendations.

What's Not Covered

• Road damage: punctures, cuts, bruises

• Improper fitment or vehicle application

• Wheel alignment, inflation, or suspension faults

• Off-road, racing or competitive use

• Labour costs: fitting, balancing, TPMS, freight

• Cosmetic blemishes or tampered tyres

Terra Hunter (X/T, X/T2, R/T, R/T+): 80,000 km

Trail Hunter R/T: 80,000 km

Swampthing A/T: 88,500 km

Ragnarok GTS UHP (≤22”): 80,000 km

Covert Grip ASP, CV, H/T: 80,000 km

Staggered Fitments (different size front/rear): Only rear tyres covered up to 40,000 km.

Rotation Requirements (Must Be Documented)

Tyre Type/Rotation Interval

UHP Passenger Tyres: Every 5,600km or less

Standard Light Truck Tyres: Every 8,000km or less

You Must Keep Records:

Date, dealer stamp, odometer reading & tyre pressure at time of service.

 

Making A Claim in NZ

While the original manufacturer warranty applies only in North America, New Zealand customers are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you need to make a claim:

1. Return tyre to your NZ retailer or importer.

2. Bring:
    • Purchase invoice
    • Rotation records
    • Completed service record (if applicable)

3. Retailer may assess or send tyre for inspection.

Internet/Mail-Order Tyres: You may need to return the tyre to the seller at your own cost.
